1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, connect your broker API credentials, or use our trading algorithms. This includes your name, email, PAN (for KYC verification), and trading activity logs required for SEBI compliance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Mahabharat Trading System (MBT). Specifically, we use it to execute trades on your behalf, provide Explainable AI (XAI) insights, and maintain immutable audit logs as required by Indian financial regulations.

3. Data Deletion and Retention

You have the right to delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal identifiable information will be anonymized or removed. However, please note that regulatory audit logs (including executed trades) cannot be deleted and must be retained as per SEBI guidelines.

4. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Broker credentials are encrypted using AWS SSM Parameter Store.
